In light of this, Lithium shall be entitled to freeze/close/delete accounts or any user activity on the Lithium website as necessary to any User found to be engaged in any activities that violate Our T&Cs, and other agreements.

11. Designated Countries Privacy Right and Your Legal Rights
This provision applies to Users of the Services that are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and/or Switzerland (herein collectively referred as “Designated Countries”) at the time of Data or Personal Information being collected.
